DAVE BELL
Dave Bell is an ordained minister, biblical counselor, and the founder of Signet Pastoral Counseling, serving individuals and families in Northern Virginia. For over 15 years, he has offered biblical counseling in both appointments and pastoral settings—most often helping couples and parents, as well as men, youth, and missionaries. A consistent thread throughout his ministry has been equipping others through teaching, counseling, and developing leaders to live out their faith with strength and integrity.More than 41 years ago, Dave formed a conviction that still anchors his work today: the Bible is God’s unchanging revelation of truth—solid and objective—able to bring clarity to life’s hardest questions. His counseling philosophy is simple and practical: applying Scripture to overcome the problems that keep us from living and loving well.Trained through two years of biblical pastoral counseling and five years of church-based counseling ministry, Dave helps people navigate marriage and parenting struggles, anxiety, grief, addictive patterns, anger, pornography, depression, and major life transitions with compassionate care and clear, Scripture-grounded next steps.In addition to counseling, Dave serves as president of an international missions organization and teaches men’s Bible studies at Cornerstone Chapel (Leesburg, VA). He and his wife, Sandie, have a blended family of five adult children and enjoy traveling together.
